Our history
CDMCG establishment is a result of growing demand for cost-effective and multi-dimensional consulting for small to medium (SME) and large enterprises.
After many years in the corporate and government sectors, CDMCG’s founder Kamal Askari saw there was increasing demand from smaller businesses for the same high-level advice.
Kamal is passionate about seeing businesses succeed in a market increasingly dominated by large multinationals and constantly increasing competition in the market. SMEs especially have the ability to be adaptable and innovative which means they often get the best value from their consulting spend.

Our leadership team
Our principal consultant and Director Kamal Askari is extensively educated and holds a Masters in Business Administration, Bachelor in Marketing, Bachelor in Philosophy, Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Diploma in Project Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Kamal has fulfilled the requirements to be certified as a Certified Generalist OHS Practitioner by Safety Institute of Australia Ltd.
He also has many years’ experience in a wide range of industries. He has held key executive roles within several companies including a well-known import and export company in Sweden and a major telecommunications firm in Australia.
He has worked in a consulting with numerous businesses and been integral in their development and growth.
Kamal is also a Full Member of the Institute of Management Consultants (MIMC) and a Member of the Internal Audit Institute and Safety Institute of Australia.
